FUNCTIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS

• Complete machine wall board and other important pieces are all made by high precision process center
• All transmission axle and roller are made of high quality steel with high precision dynamic balance ,plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface
• The transmission gear adopt international standard 45# steel, which is grinded after heat-treatment ,hardness HRC45-52,after long use ,it still maintains the high topping precision
• Whole machine main structure part using capt-lock union link, eliminated the link interval ,adapt to the long term high-speed printing
• Machine adopt the spray lubrication style ,and have the oil self-balance device

Print unit
 

• High precision dynamic balance anilox, fine printing effect 180,200,220 items by choose
• The print phase 360ºC adjustment, print roller can be adjusted horizontally ranging from±10mm

The interval of transmission roller ,paper press roller ,and rubber roller and anilox roller adopt the self-lock structure.

The slot unit

1>. Pressing line rollers
(1)Pressing rollers use the HT-200 steel, outer diameter 196mm,they also use gear shapes with the optimized design, which guarantee the line ball depth to be consistent, not to  rupture.
 2>. Slotting axles
(1) Slot knife width is 7mm, the T10A tool steel is grinded after the heat treatment, the cutting edge is sharp.
(2) Box height is adjusted synchronically by hand.
It can cut time of changing order, it’s highly effective and quick.
(3) Phase adjustment can be done by electric.
3 The transmission gear
The transmission gear uses the 45# steel, which is processed
according to the high accuracy request, service life long, noise low, the movement is steady, guarantees the slotting precision;
The organism uses the HT-150 material, its thickness is 40mm, which has good absorption of shock. Broaching handles use the GB code channel steel, which is solid and stable. Units are handle operated; its operation is easy ; The electric parts have long service time.
